More Mann Bracken lawyers are setting up shop.

KMT Law is Scott Kramer, Melissa Meggison, Keith Taylor, Matthew Linkie, and W. Christopher Bracken.

All of them were with Mann Bracken before its demise.

They are at: Building 4, Suite 205, 3565 Piedmont Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30305. (888) 511-0894, fax is (404) 921-9129. Their website, www.kmtlaw.com, is not fully operational.

It looks like Chris Bracken's "home office" approach did not last long.

Linkie was in Maryland. He was in the news, briefly. It seemed a refugee's cell phone number was in Mann Bracken's database. The continual calls exhausted the minutes. The refugee had to walk to a part time job after that, and developed a serious foot infection. Mann Bracken, through Linkie, settled for under $1,000. They probably had bar tabs bigger than that back in the day.

The firm will apparently engage in debt collection work. It is not known if they will use the same unprofessional methods as their apparent predecessor, Mann Bracken.

Obviously, anyone and everyone should be wary of this firm!
