Mann Bracken is gone.Axiant is in bankruptcy, and NCO is no longer interested in purchasing them.
Mann Bracken 800 numbers ring once or twice and then cut off. Some numbers are out of service altogether.
W. Chris Bracken and Doug Mann appear to be practicing law from their homes.
There is a lesson to be learned here for other collection agencies. You could be next!

So this would explain why on 12/22 in King County Superior Court Mann Bracken began to pull all of it's cases. I have a counter claim against them for $10,000...what happens now?
I was paying a debt with them.... So what do I do now? I that debt wiped away? Do I get credit toward my debit I have been paying off? HELP PLEASE with any Infomation!
yeah I would also like any info. the payment I usually make every month did not post. I am worried that they will take multiple payments at once when someone else takes over there cases. i hate these guys. they sued me like a month after they got my account no option to work out a payment plan before. not nice people.
I sent them a check in January and they have not cashed it so I put a stop payment on it. I've paid this account over what I owed, but they have me paying other fees that they tack on to my balance. so can this be wipe off my credit, what can I do?
